Committee on Bylaws

Committee Mission

To maintain the Bylaws and Procedures of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.

Committee Charges

  • Review, update and submit to the SNMMI Board of Directors, changes to the SNMMI Procedure Manual (last updated in 2012). 
  • Work with Governance Reorganization Task Force to recommend changes to the Bylaws and/or Procedures based on proposed changes to governance structure. 
  • Work with Membership Committee to recommend changes to the Bylaws and/or Procedures based on proposed changes to the membership structure.
