Committee Mission

To coordinate all publications activities for SNMMI Inc. 

Committee Charge

  • To oversee and support SNMMI journals, facilitate their success, and serve as liaison to Society. 
  • To research and respond to publishing trends in the field of nuclear medicine and the publishing industry, e.g., print and medical journal practices and article topics, journal peer-review practices and technologies, electronic publishing technologies, new medical journals, book topics, book and journal publishers.  
  • To survey and respond to the SNMMI membership and journal readership regarding the Society’s publications.  
  • To evaluate the desirability of publications projects presented to the Society.  
  • To identify and develop new publications as needed.
