Neuroendocrine Tumor Outreach Working Group

Committee Mission

The NETs Outreach Working Group focuses on promoting molecular imaging and radiopharmaceutical therapies for patients with neuroendocrine tumors, providing education and resources for patients and healthcare providers, as well as educating legislators, regulatory officials, and funding bodies about the value of nuclear medicine as it relates to NETs.

Committee Charges

  • Propose and organize a joint panel CME session for NANETS 2026
  • Develop a “How to Better Understand Your Imaging Report” patient factsheet for somatostatin receptor imaging.
  • Develop a basic presentation on PRRT for use by members and chapters in the SNMMI Outreach Library
