The SNMMI Internship Program provides early career professionals the opportunity to get involved with the Society at the Advisory Committee level. The applications will be reviewed by the respective Boards of Directors. Each group will select an intern for a two-year term which begins at the conclusion of the SNMMI Annual Meeting in June.
Each of the following Advisory Committee's will be selecting an intern to serve a 2-year term as a non-voting member of its Board of Directors:
- Academic Advisory Committee
- Brain Advisory Committee
- Cardiovascular Advisory Committee
- Molecular Imaging Innovation & Translation Advisory Committee
- Clinical Trials Network
- DE&I Task Force

- General Clinical Nuclear Medicine Advisory Committee
- Pediatric Advisory Committee
- PET Advisory Committee
- Physics, Instrumentation and Data Sciences Advisory Committee
- Radiopharmaceutical Sciences Advisory Committee
- Therapy Center of Excellence

Eligible applicants must be early career professionals (physicians, technologists, or scientists) in training or in practice within 10 years of completion of training.
