Sponsorship Levels

Title Sponsor | $50,500

  • Morning Symposium – content (focus group, dedicated demo, roundtable discussion) and audience (all attendees, invite-only) determined by you.
  • Expanded Sponsor Recognition on the Conference Website – prominent placement on homepage with click-through to your company's site.
  • Branded Promotional Email Series – Your company's advertising banner will appear at the top of all targeted emails promoting the conference.
  • Promotional Panels – two (2) branded pop-up panels will be prominently displayed at both registration and session areas of the hotel - maximizing your exposure.

Gold Level Sponsor | $22,500

  • Evening Welcome Reception – Be seen at the kick-off event for the conference. Your company's logo will be visible on signage as attendees enter the reception.
  • Industry Forum – Connect your company’s top-level executives with SNMMI Leadership during this discussion on the current and future state of radiopharmaceutical therapy in the profession.
  • Branded Promotional Email Series – Your company’s logo will appear at the bottom of all targeted emails promoting the conference. These emails are sent to potential workshop attendees, highlighting content, social events, location, and speakers.

Silver Level Sponsor| $14,500

  • Exhibit Hall Breaks – Your company's logo will appear on signage during exhibit hall breaks on Friday and Saturday during the conference.
  • Exclusive Company Flyer/Handout – Take advantage of an extra opportunity to promote your business. These one-page flyers will be available in the registration area for all attendees.
  • Floor Sticker– Each step brings attendees closer to your company! These high-visibility, 3’x3’ floor stickers will be placed in registration area and common areas (1 per company pending hotel approval).

Bronze Level Sponsor | $8,500

  • Sponsor Recognition on the Theranostics Conference Website – Your company's logo will appear on a dedicated sponsor page.
  • Table-Top Booth – Your company will receive one of a limited number of available table-top booths. The exhibit area will be easily accessible to all attendees, and provide the perfect opportunity to connect with attendees while promoting your company.
  • Two (2) complimentary exhibitor registrations
  • Post-Conference Email Recognition – post-meeting email to all conference attendees featuring sponsor thank you and logos.
  • Post-Conference Website Recognition – news item on snmmi.org with conference wrap-up and sponsor recognition.

Table Top Exhibit Booth | $3,000

Each exhibiting company will receive the following included with their booth:

  • 6 foot skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket (table top exhibit).
  • Two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges with access to the sessions (CE credit not available with complimentary badges). Additional exhibitor badges are available for $100 each (limit to 2 additional badges per booth).
  • One complimentary post show mailing list (email and phone numbers excluded).
  • Additional items are available through the hotel directly, at the expense of the exhibitor.
