Committee on Advanced Practice Providers

Committee Mission

The Advanced Practice Providers Task Force will work to serve the needs of the advanced practice providers and nurse practitioners within the field nuclear medicine, molecular imaging and theranostics. 

Committee Charges

  • Develop targeted educational content for APPs, including sessions at the SNMMI Annual Meeting, focused continuing education modules, and curated learning pathways.  
  • Evaluate existing programs for technologists, physicians, and scientists to identify content most relevant to APPs and adapt or promote accordingly. 
  • Identify and empower a dedicated leader to foster ongoing dialogue in the E-Community and actively manage the new APP Listserv, ensuring regular communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
