SNMMI assembled an autonomous Workgroup to represent a multidisciplinary panel of health care providers with substantive knowledge in the use of molecular breast imaging to review the scientific literature and develop consensus recommendations for the clinical use of this technology. This Working Group conducted a systematic review of existing evidence. The systematic review was used to make their recommendations for clinical use.
