The goals of this guideline are:
1) to assist nuclear medicine physicians in recommending, performing, interpreting and reporting the results of amino acids PET and [18F]FDG PET imaging in brain metastases,
2) to define procedure standards in clinical practice and clinical trials to harmonize data acquisition across centers for the application of amino acids PET and [18F]FDG PET imaging in brain metastases.
