Summary
This multidisciplinary theranostics tumor board will present complex oncology cases illustrating the clinical integration of molecular imaging and radiopharmaceutical therapy in patient management. Through structured case-based discussion, participants will explore practical approaches to patient selection, interpretation of molecular imaging findings, treatment sequencing, and assessment of therapeutic response. Molecular imaging will be considered both in the diagnostic setting, including PET, and in the post-therapy setting using SPECT/CT to inform response assessment and inter-cycle treatment decisions. As theranostic applications continue to evolve and expand through ongoing clinical investigation, this session will highlight how emerging evidence and multidisciplinary perspectives can be translated into effective, patient-centered strategies for contemporary oncologic care. This activity is intended for nuclear medicine physicians, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nuclear medicine technologists, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals involved in molecular imaging and theranostic care.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:

1. Evaluate the role of molecular imaging in identifying patients who may benefit from radiopharmaceutical therapies in established indications and emerging clinical trial settings.
2. Analyze complex clinical scenarios using multidisciplinary perspectives to guide patient selection, treatment sequencing, and management decisions in theranostics.
3. Integrate case-based evidence and expert discussion into clinical practice to improve patient-centered decision making in radiopharmaceutical therapy.
